Mark has tried complex commercial cases in state and federal courts in New York and throughout the country, and in various arbitration tribunals. He also has had a broad ranging appellate practice. Mark’s practice runs the gamut of commercial disputes. He has represented numerous real estate developers in all manner of real estate litigation and he has wide experience in litigating to conclusion or otherwise resolving employment disputes, including employment discrimination, the UCC, intellectual property (including trademark and copyright law), and business fraud and other business torts. He has also served as an arbitrator for the Commercial Arbitration Tribunal of the American Arbitration Association. Mark has been extensively involved in the past with the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has served as Chair of the Committee on the New York City Civil Courts, Secretary of the Arbitration Committee, member of the Committee on Discipline, and member of the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction. additional information >> |
