He has extensive experience advising senior management of private and public companies, and has negotiated a broad range of complex transactions in a diversified corporate and securities practice. A focus of his practice has been on counseling small and mid-size entrepreneurial companies, in emerging industries and other fields, from their formation, through venture capital financings and private placements, and continuing through their sale or initial public offerings.
