Roy acts as general counsel and advisor to corporate, real estate, and other commercial clients who rely upon his long and varied experience to address their ongoing business and transactional needs. Clients include entrepreneurs, start-ups, and family businesses, as well as mature public and institutional companies. Roy also represents both domestic and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, private placements, public financings, and joint ventures and partnerships. Roy serves on the board of directors of a number of companies, as well as Henry Street Settlement, a not-for-profit corporation which for over a century has provided community services in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
