One of the focuses of her practice has been employment matters, and her experience in that area includes both discrimination cases (in which she has represented management clients in both court and administrative proceedings) and matters involving issues of contract, compensation, and unfair competition. Like the firm’s other litigation partners, however, Adrienne also has a broad range of experience in all types and phases of commercial litigation and dispute resolution beyond the area of employment law, and has handled cases involving issues of contract, intellectual property, commercial real estate, bankruptcy, defamation, and business fraud and other business torts. In addition to appearing in Federal and State courts and before arbitration panels and administrative agencies domestically, Adrienne has experience in international arbitration and in taking discovery outside of the United States pursuant to the Hague Convention on Taking Evidence Abroad. Adrienne has been extensively involved with the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where she has served as a member of the Judiciary Committee, the Committee on Professional Discipline, the Committee on Labor and Employment Law, the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction and the Committee on Civil Rights, and as Secretary to the Council on Judicial Administration. She is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Section on Litigation and Section on Labor and Employment Law.
