Randy has represented domestic and foreign owners and developers in the sale, acquisition, and development of real estate throughout the United States. Among the transactions he has handled are office and retail developments, land assemblages, and construction contracts. Randy also has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leases. He has represented participants in numerous joint ventures and assisted in formulating the terms of the ventures. He especially enjoys the challenge of structuring creative solutions to difficult issues that arise in complicated commercial transactions. Randy has lectured at the New York University Real Estate Institute and has been a member of the Real Property Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
