BIOGRAPHY
Stephen J. Swiatkiewicz has been with the firm since 1981. Steve is an experienced real estate and commercial lawyer. His practice includes representing institutional real estate clients in sales, dispositions, leasing, loan workouts, and restructurings. In addition, he represents a wide range of businesses in all their legal needs, including construction companies, design firms, manufacturers, and a modeling agency. Steve is involved with the Youth Mentoring Program of Henry Street Settlement.
