Joshua Margolin joined the firm’s litigation department in 2007. He practices commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Joshua was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he practiced in the litigation department with a focus on corporate governance and securities related matters.
