BIOGRAPHY
Thomas Lopez has been with the firm’s litigation department since 1984. He concentrates his practice in employment law, product liability, and commercial litigation in the New York State and federal courts in New York, as well as in arbitration tribunals. He has substantial experience litigating on behalf of Fortune 500 corporations and insurance carriers, as well as many smaller companies and individuals. He is also regularly involved in employment law counseling, advising clients on the prevention and handling of potential discrimination claims and on a wide range of other employment issues.
