BIOGRAPHY
Dennis Krieger has practiced matrimonial and family law for more than twenty years following a period as a securities and commercial litigator at a large New York law firm.
Dennis’ practice includes the negotiation of marital settlement agreements; the trial of contested divorce actions; negotiation and litigation of custody proceedings and parental relocation matters; the valuation of marital assets including businesses, professional licenses and practices, enhanced earning capacity and celebrity status; the negotiation of pre-marital agreements; the litigation of paternity and support proceedings; and appellate practice throughout New York.
Dennis is a past (1988-1991) and recent (1999-2002) member of the Matrimonial Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
