BIOGRAPHY
David Katsky is a founding member of the firm and has headed the firm’s litigation department since 1975.
David has tried commercial cases in federal and state courts in New York and throughout the country, as well as tried domestic and international arbitrations in various states and Europe. He has also handled appeals in federal and state courts in New York and other states. His practice centers on business disputes involving corporate, securities, partnership, and real estate litigation, as well as employment discrimination and intellectual property cases.
