BIOGRAPHY
Rob Abrams has been with the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights department since 2000 and became a partner in 2004. Rob concentrates his practice in matters concerning foreclosure law, bankruptcy proceedings, and out-of-court restructurings. Rob has represented corporate debtors, secured lenders, landlords, purchasers of distressed assets, creditors’ committees, and trustees. Rob has also lectured for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Real Estate Committee concerning the enforceability of yield maintenance fees in the bankruptcy arena.
